JIUZHOU® plywood Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) line of panels utilizes only the highest quality MDF available. Combine that with our full line of premium decorative faces for a visually striking panel with great performance in any region. MDF is manufactured through a process similar to that of particleboard, but with much finer, uniform wood particles. This results in a dense and consistent material with a smooth surface, making it ideal for applications requiring high precision and aesthetic appeal, such as veneered panels. MDF also offers exceptional stability, showing minimal expansion or contraction in response to changes in temperature and humidity, making it the ideal choice in any market. Available in FSC, NAUF, Fire Rated and Moisture Resistant.

Exceeding Quality Standards

MDF is especially recommended for thin panel uses such as cabinet door inserts and wall paneling, where a smooth surface and dimensional stability are critical. Most MDF products are bonded with urea-formaldehyde resins, though low-emission alternatives are available. For those concerned with indoor air quality, we’ll combine no added urea-formaldehyde (NAUF) MDF core with our Soy Based NAF adhesive, ensuring the panel meets the strictest of standards. MDF is ideal for furniture components, doors, millwork, displays, store fixtures, cabinets, picture frames and more.
